A photo essay of a prolonged hospital stay and the subsequent rehabilitation following a motorcycle accident.

However excruciating the pain that swept in, the incident allowed me to experience firsthand, the wonderful kindness of the healthcare workers who I met along the way, some of who I managed to photograph as circumstances allowed.
